David Nicolas Albanese is an entrepreneur who overcame much adversity and has built such a great life for himself with successful business in various industries. He founded High Farms which is a portfolio of cannabis technology companies, cultivation, manufacturing, and delivery. Along with this, he has a large scale pool maintenance company and a real estate business. David also uses his time to advise current business owners and mentor future entrepreneurs. He constantly advises them to not let anyone tell them that something is not possible.
Growing up, David faced much adversity and his mother was constantly living paycheck to paycheck. Because of this, David Albanese had a great desire to achieve financial freedom in order to avoid the struggles he saw his mother deal with. This helped him develop an unbreakable mindset that allowed him to face all of the challenges that come with starting a business such as lack of money, inspiration or support, and any other obstacles. David says “Obstacles come in all shapes and sizes and I don’t feel any one is worse than the other, but having the right mindset is usually the hardest to achieve even after failing.”
In order to develop an unbreakable mindset, it is crucial to know the “why” for starting your business, lay out your goals and the steps you need to take to get there, and have a mentor to guide you through the process. David Albanese believes that entrepreneurs should not let their environment or circumstances weigh them down. For David, success means achieving financial freedom, and enjoying life and family, while being able to give back and help others. One of David’s next projects includes funding educational courses and technology driven initiatives.
David Nicolas Albanese has helped entrepreneurs from all walks of life. One example of this is an auto mechanic that David took from a one base 600 square foot shop to operating multiple locations from simple marketing and business tactic skills that have helped him start delegating tasks and growing his business. He has also helped individuals in the real estate and mortgage industry grow from zero transactions a month to five or more transactions a month in very little time. The key to success is to make things happen, make progress towards your goals every single day, and not let anything get in the way of that.
